We have been busy. This month Roothub picked up six new tools, built from what members told us they needed: learning that sticks, simpler teamwork and better ways to show your work.

Here is what each one does and the quickest way to try it. You do not need all six today — pick the one that fits your next move.

1. Interactive lessons (with transcripts)

Many Academy lessons now play as short slides. You answer a question, slot code into place or switch a data view, and get instant feedback. Correct answers earn RootPoints, and the last slide lets you claim a concept badge.

Prefer to read first? Every lesson with text has a Transcript button inside the player, and quiz lessons show the full transcript above the quiz.

  • Open Learn and start any lesson.
  • Tap Transcript to read before answering.
  • Press Check Answer, then Continue.

2. Founder Cockpit and Document Vault

Founders get one control room: venture name and sector, a Business Health Score, a grant and funding radar and verified talent ready for short trials.

The Document Vault builds a co-founder agreement, contractor NDA or invoice in three short steps with a live preview you can print or save as PDF. Templates are a starting point, not legal advice.

  • From your dashboard, tap Open cockpit.
  • Add your venture name with the pencil button.
  • Tap Request Legal Doc to create a document.

3. Team Workspace

Workspace gives interns, coaches and cohorts a shared task board: To Do, In Progress, Under Review and Verified Done. Coaches verify finished work, and you can pin verified tasks to your public showcase.

The Daily Standup button asks three quick questions — what you built today, what is next and any blockers — so your supervisor sees where you need help.

4. Chat that tells you when it matters

Chat now lists every conversation you are part of, not only announcements. Red counts show unread messages, green dots show who is online and installed apps show a badge on the home-screen icon.

Interns can message their pod supervisor or podmates directly from the pod card.

5. Toyo Copilot quick prompts

Toyo answers career, course and business questions. Five quick-prompt buttons get you started with one tap, and you can rate each answer. Tap 👎 and Toyo tries again with a fresh answer.

6. Your proof portfolio

Your public page at roothub.live/p/your-name now tells your story in five slides: who you are, certificates and skills, projects and case studies, and a form clients can use to send you work requests.

Keep it honest: label practice projects clearly and only list work you did.
