Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Roothub Accelerator Systems Roothub account and the personal data linked to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

If you can still sign in

Open Settings, scroll to "Your data" and tap Delete my account. This removes your account and its data immediately. You can also download a copy of your data there before you delete it.

If you cannot sign in

Send us an email and we will delete your account for you. Use the button below, or write to privacy@wearetheroothub.com with the words "Delete my account" and the email address or phone number you used on Roothub. We may ask one simple question to confirm the account is really yours before we remove it.

What we delete, and when

When your account is deleted we remove your profile, learning records, messages, applications, resumes, portfolio, wallet records and other personal data linked to your account. Records we must keep by law — such as payment and invoice records — stay for the required period, with personal details reduced to the minimum we need.

Deletion by email is completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner. If you change your mind before we finish, reply to our confirmation and we will stop the deletion.
