7-day full refund
If you are not happy with a paid membership or course, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying.
How to ask
Email privacy@wearetheroothub.com from the email on your account with your name, what you paid for and the payment date or reference.
What happens next
We refund to your original payment method. Once refunded, your access to the paid membership or course ends.
After 7 days
Payments are not refundable after 7 days, unless the law says otherwise.
Third-party offers
Grants, gigs and perks offered by third parties are covered by their own terms.
